31350 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 31350 platform. By using our platform, you agree to all the provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by 31350, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and 31350 and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
2. Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register an account.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- 31350 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Account Security Responsibilities
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 31350 user, you agree to comply with all platform usage rules as set out herein. This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any unlawful purpose or any activity that may harm the interests of others.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to access another user's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.

- Registering more than one account to exploit promotions or bonuses.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 31350 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they fully understand all terms relating to deposits and withdrawals before completing any transaction.
Deposit
- Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe.
- 31350 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests are subject to the verification process stipulated by 31350.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account registered under the same user's name.
- 31350 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Any attempt to circumvent the verification process may result in account suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
31350 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties as to its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 31350 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 31350 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 31350.

6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
31350 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, promotion abuse, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In such cases, any valid account balance will be processed in accordance with established policy upon completion of the investigation.
Changes to These Terms
31350 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
